About Rishi Agastya

Agastya Samhita written around 4000 BC by Rishi Agatsya, describes method to make dry electric cell with 1.138 volts and 23 mA and electroplating process, hydrogen balloons. The ancient text of Agastya Samhita describes the method of making electric battery, and that water can be split into oxygen and hydrogen. If we use the power of 100 earthen pots on water, then water will change its form into life-giving oxygen and floating hydrogen. If hydrogen is contained in an air tight cloth, it can be used in aerodynamics, i.e. it will fly in air as hydrogen balloon.

ABOUT AGASTYA BUOYANT

Agastya Buoyant Pvt Ltd named from the historical contribution of India to the LTA technology first proposed by Rishi Agastya as given in his book "Agastya Samhita", where he defines buoyant force exerted by hydrogen gas which he generated.

Agastya Buoyant Pvt Ltd has gained expertise in design and development of inflatables for different field of applications in India.

About Founders

  • Mr. Sandip Nair

An M.Tech graduate in Mechatronics from BESU Shibpur (presently IIEST Shibpur), has worked on the design and development of RC blimp since the commencement of his M.Tech project work. From mid 2012 to mid 2015 he was working for few unique inflatable products for advertisement and other social and defence requirements which were successfully designed and implemented.
  • Mr. Prantik Sinha

An M.E. in Fluid Mechanics from Department of Aerospace and Applied Mechanics, IIEST Shibpur, had worked on the aerodynamic design aspect of RC blimp and had been responsible for developing core technology platform for inflatable design through the fluid dynamics for different application. He was responsible for the design and implementation of underwater lift bag for Indian Army and also brought many technical changes in the working of advertisement sky balloons.
